John Boos "PCA4" 30x 24Classic Block and 13- Piece Henckles Knife Set

John Boos Butcher Blocks feature 100-percent solid hard-rock maple, end-grain construction and are manufactured with the same exacting, professional specifications as those used in 1887. The work surface is hand finished in a special combination of natural unbleached beeswax and high-grade mineral oil. The surface is easy on knives and resists nicks and gouges, preventing bacteria from penetrating the wood.
